Ingredients
Gelling agents (carrageenan, guar gum, locust bean gum), maize starch, salt, flavouring and colours (annatto norbixin, riboflavin).
Preparation Steps
Step 1:
Mix the contents of one sachet (5.6g) with three tablespoons of sugar
Step 2:
From ½ liter of milk, remove a small portion and dissolve the mixture
Step 3:
Add the remaining milk and let it boil 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Step 4:
Remove from the heat and put it in a form (previously passed through cold water or caramelized. Allow it to cool in order to gain the consistency to unmold
