Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder (12%), glucose syrup, vegetable oil (palmkernel and fully hydrogenated palmkernel), lactose, dextrose, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, potato modified starch, gelling agent (sodium alginate), gelatine, stabiliser (dipotassium phosphate), flavourings and salt.

Preparation Steps

Step 1:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet (600 g of powder) in 1L of cold water or milk (from the fridge)

Step 2:

After mixing, beat well with an electric mixer for 3 minutes, turning the bowl constantly

Step 3:

Pour the mousse into a large bowl or individual bowls and leave in the refrigerator for about two hours before serving
