Step 1:
Cut the pineapple to pieces into a pyrex. Add water and sugar and let marinate overnight
Step 2:
On the next day, remove the water from the pineapple and add to the prepared powder mix for vanilla pudding. Transfer to a pan and cook, until it thickens. Pour on top of the pineapple pieces
Step 3:
Let cool
Step 4:
Whip the cream with sugar and add into the pyrex
Step 5:
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Step 6:
Serve cold
