Ingredients
Dextrose, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel and palm), gelatin, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavouring, milk proteins, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (guar gum) and colour (beta-carotene).
Step 1:
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 250 mL of very cold milk (taken from the refrigerator);
Step 2:
Beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes at maximum speed, constantly rotating the container;
Step 3:
Pour into a large bowl or individual bowls and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
