Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat from palm kernel, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), lactose, milk protein, flavouring, modified potato starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, gelling agent (sodium alginate), stabilizer (dipotassium phosphate) and colouring (curcumin, carmine).
Step 1:
Dissolve the contents of the sachet (90 g of powder) in 250 ml of very cold water (removed from the refrigerator)
Step 2:
After mixing, beat well with an electric mixer for 3 minutes, turning the bowl constantly
Step 3:
Pour into a large bowl or individual bowls and leave in the refrigerator for about one hour before serving. Stir with a spoon before serving
