Ingredients
Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palmkernel and palm), gelatin, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavouring, milk proteins, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (guar gum) and colour (beta-carotene).
Step 1:
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 250 mL of very cold milk (taken from the refrigerator);
Step 2:
Beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes at maximum speed, constantly rotating the container;
Step 3:
Pour into a large bowl or individual bowls and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
