Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Ingredients
Sugar, maize starch, dextrose, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), flavourings, salt, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate) and colours (beta-carotene, annatto norbixin).
Step 1:
Dissolve the contents of the sachet (200g of powder) in 500ml of milk
Step 2:
Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Step 3:
Pour into a tin previously rinsed under cold water or caramelized. Allow to cool in the tin
