Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Ingredients

Sugar, maize starch, egg powder, modified potato starch, glucose syrup, vegetable fat from palm and palm kernel, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), milk protein, salt, flavouring and colour (annatto norbixin).

Step 1:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet (200g of powder) in 500ml of water

Step 2:

Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly;

Step 3:

Pour into a tin previously rinsed under cold water or caramelized. Allow to cool in the tin
