Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Ingredients
Sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder (17%), dextrose, glucose syrup, palm kernel vegetable fat, gelatin, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), milk proteins, gelling agent (sodium alginate), flavourings and salt.
Step 1:
Dissolve the contents of the sachet (150 g of powder) in 250 ml of cold water or milk (from the fridge)
Step 2:
After mixing, beat well with an electric mixer for 3 minutes, turning the bowl constantly
Step 3:
Pour the mousse into a large bowl or individual bowls and leave in the refrigerator for about two hours before serving
