Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Ingredients
Sugar, gelatin (10%), acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), flavorings, vitamin C and colors (anthocyanins, curcumin).
Step 1:
Dissolve the contents of each sachet (340 g of powder) in 1L of freshly boiled water
Step 2:
Add 1L of cold water and mix well
Step 3:
Rinse a mould in cold water, pour in the mixture and refrigerate until set. Plunge the mould into very hot water for a few seconds before turning out.
