Package of 1360g (4 sachets of 340g)
Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.
Sugar, gelatine (11%), acidity regulators (fumaric acid, trisodium citrate), flavouring, salt, vitamin C, colouring (curcumin, copper complexes of chlorophyllins).
Dissolve the contents of each sachet (340 g of powder) in 1L of freshly boiled water
Add 1L of cold water and mix well
Rinse a mould in cold water, pour in the mixture and refrigerate until set. Plunge the mould into very hot water for a few seconds before turning out.
