Ingredients

Sugar, gelatin (11%), acidity regulators (fumaric acid, trisodium citrate), flavourings, salt, vitamin C and colours (copper complexes of chlorophyllins, curcumin).

Preparation Steps

Step 1:

Dissolve the contents of each sachet (340 g of powder) in 1L of freshly boiled water

Step 2:

Add 1L of cold water and mix well

Step 3:

Rinse a mould in cold water, pour in the mixture and refrigerate until set. Plunge the mould into very hot water for a few seconds before turning out.
