Ingredients
Sugar, corn starch, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), flavouring, salt and colours (annatto norbixin, riboflavin).
Preparation Steps
Step 1:
Dissolve the sachet (400 g of powder) in 2.5L of milk, bring to boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Step 2:
Put in a pudding form (previously passed through cold water) and allow it to cool before unmolding
