Store in a cool, dry place. Once prepared, the product should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 48 hrs.

Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat from palm kernel, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), instant coffee (5%), milk proteins, modified potato starch, skimmed milk powder, gelling agent (sodium alginate) and salt.

Preparation Steps

Step 1:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet (200 g) in 500 ml of very cold water (from the fridge)

Step 2:

After mixing, beat well with an electric mixer for 3 minutes, turning the bowl constantly

Step 3:

Pour the mousse into bowls and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving
